HOW IT WORKS

We offer an exciting comedy show fundraising event that lasts approximately 90 minutes, featuring 3 talented comedians! 


Additionally, we provide you with a PDF of the flyer and the necessary sound system for the event. 


Your responsibilities include securing the venue and SELLING TICKETS! 


Our comedy shows have received RAVE REVIEWS from audiences in Westerly, RI to West Haven, CT, as well as from New London, Norwich, East Lyme, Wallingford, Torrington, Stafford Springs, and MANY MORE STOPS! 


We take pride in collaborating with some of the BEST comedians the Northeast has to offer! 


Through our events, we have successfully helped raise THOUSANDS of dollars for various non-profit fundraising efforts, and we look forward to partnering with you for your next event sponsorship!

Event Sponsor

As an event sponsor for our comedy show fundraising, you will receive: - Your logo featured on the event flyer - A banner displayed at the show - 4 complimentary tickets The charge for event sponsorship is $300.00, or feel free to contribute what you believe is appropriate for supporting non-profit fundraising efforts.

Show Sponsor

A show sponsor will have their logo featured on the event banner during our comedy show fundraising, and they will be acknowledged on stage by the host. The charge for event sponsorship is $100.00, with a goal of securing 13 sponsors. Note: There are various ways to have the production of the banner donated, supporting our non-profit fundraising efforts.

Show Flow

1. Arrive by 6:30 (for the 8:00pm comedy show fundraising event) 2. Intro to Client 3. Set-up Venue: - Sound and light check - Put out fliers and cards promoting event sponsorship opportunities 4. Remind the client you will settle the show during the second comic. At that time, you will need to find out how much they made for the BIG CHECK picture. 5. BIG CHECK picture happens after the show (Includes all comics and the show committee, highlighting non-profit fundraising efforts). 6. Announce raffle winners. 7. Pre-Show Announcements

1. Welcome! Thank you for coming out ... (Ad lib)


2. We're FCFYC, dedicated to non-profit fundraising. We help raise money for non-profit organizations and individuals in need. If you're interested in hosting a comedy show fundraising event, our fliers are available on your tables for more information.


3. We have a fantastic comedy show lined up for you tonight, but first, we have a few housekeeping announcements:


- Please SILENCE your cell phones.

- Do NOT talk at your tables, as everyone is here for the comedy show and NOT for table conversations.

- NO video recordings are permitted. Pictures are fine.

Post Show Announcements

1. Thank you and goodnight! We appreciate everyone who supported our comedy show fundraising event. Your participation helps us secure vital event sponsorship for our mission, further enhancing our non-profit fundraising efforts. We couldn't do it without you!

The lock box

The "Lock Box" can increase your bottom line by $900

- Secure a prize valued at $400 during our comedy show fundraising event.

- We provide a "Lock Box" and 50 keys for participants.

- Only one key opens the box.

- Sell keys for $20 each at the door to support our non-profit fundraising efforts.

- Holders of keys will line up before the show to try their key.

- The person who successfully opens the lock wins the prize.


Lock Box charge is $100.


Note: If all 50 keys are not sold, players will return to the back of the line (in order) to try again, ensuring everyone has a chance to participate in this exciting event sponsorship opportunity.

CONNECTICUT

We produce comedy show fundraising events throughout the entire state of CT, providing opportunities for event sponsorship and supporting non-profit fundraising initiatives.

PENNSYLVANIA

We produce shows in all areas marked in green on THIS MAP, including opportunities for comedy show fundraising, event sponsorship, and non-profit fundraising.

NEW JERSEY

All cities marked in green on THIS MAP are in our production zone, which is vital for our comedy show fundraising efforts and event sponsorship opportunities for non-profit fundraising.

FLORIDA
